Keyword Research for Real Estate
HaloSEO finds the phrases people in your market already search, the ones you have no page for, and turns them into subjects for your publishing plan.
The phrases your customers use, not the ones the trade uses
People looking for a home do not search the way agents talk. They type things like houses with a garden near a good school, or how much deposit do I need for a flat. They do not type three bed semi detached freehold opportunity. HaloSEO looks at the phrases that already earn traffic in your market and that you have no page for. It hands those phrases to the planner as subjects. You get a list of things to publish, not a spreadsheet to interpret.
A worked example
Say you are an agent covering a town with a large student population. HaloSEO might find that people search for renting a house as a group of students, and that you have no page on it. The planner would take that subject and publish a post that answers the question in plain terms: how group tenancies work, what a guarantor is, what to check before you sign. The post goes on your site, gets linked to your other renting pages, and the backlinks are built. You did not write a brief. You did not pick the phrase.
What local intent means for Real Estate
Almost every search in this trade has a place attached to it. People search for flats near a station, or estate agents in a named area, or how good a school is before they view a house. That place is often a street, a postcode or a school catchment, not a city. HaloSEO reads the phrases that already earn traffic in your market, so the subjects it hands to the planner carry that local shape. A page about a whole county will not answer a question about one neighbourhood.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a keyword tool you can search in. HaloSEO is not that. The output is the publishing plan, not a report you dig through. It is also not right for you if you want to approve every phrase before anything is written, or if you are not ready to publish posts on your site at a steady pace. And it is not right for you if you need a promised position on Google. We do not promise rankings, traffic numbers or dates. We do not control search engines.
