Courier Services

Automatic Indexing for Courier Services

New posts on your courier site can be found by search engines without you submitting anything. HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain up to date and points robots.txt at it.

The phrases your customers type

People looking for a courier do not search for the words the trade uses. They type things like same day delivery near me, courier for a parcel today, how much to send a small parcel across town, or who can collect a package this afternoon. They search by the job in front of them, not by fleet size or service tiers. HaloSEO researches those phrases for your area and writes posts around them, so the words on your site match the words people actually use.

A worked example

Say you run a courier firm in a mid sized town. A post could be titled How to send a parcel across town the same day. It would walk through what to have ready before pickup, how to describe the parcel size, what happens if nobody is in at the other end, and which parts of the town you cover. It ends with a clear way to book. The post answers a real question a customer has, and it uses the phrases they search with. HaloSEO writes it, publishes it, links it to your other pages and builds backlinks to it.

What local intent means here

Courier work is local by nature. A customer wants a pickup from a specific address and a drop at another one, usually today. That means searches carry place names, postcodes, and words like near me or in my area. A post that talks about courier services in general will not match those searches. Posts need to name the places you actually cover and speak to the timing people care about, such as collection windows and same day jobs. HaloSEO builds the keyword research around your service area, not around the country as a whole.

How the indexing works

When HaloSEO publishes a post, your sitemap on your own domain is updated to include it. Your robots.txt file points at that sitemap. Search engines that crawl your site can find the new post from there, without anybody submitting a URL by hand. That is the whole mechanism. HaloSEO does not ping Google, does not use IndexNow, and does not submit URLs to Search Console. We do not control search engines, so we cannot promise a ranking, a position, a traffic number or a date.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want guaranteed rankings or a fixed date for results. We do not offer that and cannot. It is not right if you need URLs pushed to Google through Search Console, IndexNow or a ping, because we do not do any of those. It is not right if you want a one off batch of articles written by hand and handed over. HaloSEO is a publishing platform that keeps running. If you want to approve every word before it goes live, or you only operate outside the areas you can name in a post, this will not fit.
