Internal Link Builder for Ecommerce

HaloSEO links each new ecommerce post to three to five of your own earlier posts, on the phrase that post was written to rank for. It also goes back to older posts and links them forward to the new one.

The phrases your customers search

Ecommerce buyers rarely search the words the trade uses. They search what they are about to do. They type things like how to stop a wool jumper from shrinking, which pan works on an induction hob, or what size bike frame for someone of a certain height. They search the problem, the material, the fit and the comparison. HaloSEO researches those phrases, not the category labels on your navigation. The post is written to answer the question the shopper typed, and the internal links point at the phrase the post was built for.

A worked example

Say you sell outdoor clothing. HaloSEO writes a post on how to layer for cold wet weather. It links that post to three to five of your earlier posts, on the phrases those posts were written to rank for, such as how to choose a waterproof jacket or what to wear under a rain shell. It then revisits older posts and adds a link forward to the new one. A link goes in only where the sentence reads naturally with it. If the sentence does not carry the link, the link is not placed.

What local intent means for ecommerce

For an online shop, local intent is not always about a town. It can be about delivery, returns, collection and where you ship from. Shoppers search for next day delivery to their area, free returns, or a shop they can visit. Those phrases sit close to a purchase, so they deserve their own posts and their own internal links. HaloSEO treats them as targets like any other. It does not create a local listing, and it does not claim a map position.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want links bought for you. HaloSEO does not buy links. It is not right if you want links to sites we do not publish to, because we only link inside your own site. It is not right if you expect a ranking, a traffic number or a date, because we do not control search engines and we will not promise one. And it is not right if you want a writer only. HaloSEO researches, writes, publishes, links and builds backlinks as one system.
