General Contractors
Schema Generator for General Contractors
A tool that builds JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You paste the output where you need it.
The phrases your customers search
General contractors often describe work in trade terms. Customers rarely do. A customer searches for a kitchen that needs new cabinets, or a bathroom that leaks, or a quote for an extension. They search for a contractor near me, or a builder in a named town. They search for how much a job costs and who can start soon. The words on your site should match the words people type. HaloSEO researches those phrases for your area and writes posts around them, so the page speaks the customer's language rather than the trade's.
A worked example
Say you work in a town and the surrounding villages. A post could be titled What a bathroom refit costs in that town, and cover what changes the price, what a quote should list, and the questions to ask before work starts. It would use the phrases people search, name the area, and link to your contact page and to a related post on kitchen refits. HaloSEO writes the post, publishes it, and links it to the pages around it. The schema tool then builds the JSON-LD for that page, and you paste it in. The tool does not add schema to published posts on its own yet.
What local intent means for General Contractors
For a general contractor, local intent is narrow. People want someone who can reach the site, who knows the local rules, and who has worked on homes like theirs nearby. A search for a builder is almost always a search for a builder in a place. That means the town, the district and the nearby villages matter in the page text, in the headings and in the structured data. The schema tool helps here because it will not emit a type whose required fields are missing, so an address or area field left blank stops the output rather than shipping a half filled block.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want schema added to posts automatically. It does not do that yet. It is a tool you paste the output from. It is also not right for you if you want a guarantee of a ranking, a position or a traffic number. We do not control search engines and we do not promise any of those. And if you do not publish posts at all, there is little here for you, because the schema is built for pages you have written.
