Home Builders
Internal Link Builder for Home Builders
HaloSEO links each new post to three to five of your own earlier posts, on the phrase the target was written to rank for. It also goes back to older posts and links them forward to the new one.
The phrases your customers type, not the ones the trade uses
Home builders talk about custom builds, spec homes, turnkey projects and design and construct. Most people looking for a builder do not use those words. They type things like how much does it cost to build a house, how long does it take to build a house, do I need a builder or an architect first, or what is included in a building quote. HaloSEO researches the keywords before it writes anything, so the posts are built around the phrases people actually search. The internal links then point at those same phrases, which keeps the whole site talking about the same things in the same words.
A worked example
Say the research finds that people search for how much does it cost to build a house. HaloSEO writes a post on that phrase and publishes it. It then links that post to three to five of your earlier posts, using the phrase each of those posts was written to rank for as the link text. So a post about choosing a block of land, or one about what a building contract covers, gets a link from the new cost post on the words it was built around. On the same pass it revisits older posts and adds a link forward to the new cost post. A link only goes in where the sentence reads naturally with it. If it does not fit, it is not placed.
What local intent means for a home builder
Almost every search a home builder cares about has a place attached to it. People search for builders in their suburb or their town, for display homes near them, or for someone who builds on the kind of block they own. That means the posts need to speak to a place, not just a service. HaloSEO writes the posts and links them together on the phrases the targets were written to rank for, so a post about building on a sloping block and a post about a particular area can point at each other where the sentence allows. We do not promise a position in local results. We do not control search engines. What we control is that your own pages are written for the right phrases and linked to each other in a way a reader can follow.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want links bought for you. HaloSEO does not buy links. It is not right for you if you want links placed on other people's sites. We do not link to sites we do not publish to. It is not right for you if you want a guaranteed ranking, a set position, a traffic number or a date. We do not promise any of those, because we do not control search engines. And it is not right for you if you want a writer that hands you drafts to publish yourself. HaloSEO is a publishing platform. It researches, writes, publishes, links and builds backlinks as one job.
