A worked example

The alt text would describe what is in the picture, for example a boiler with its front panel removed. It would not repeat the keyword as alt text. The post would then be linked to your other pages and given backlinks.
What local intent means here
For home services, local intent is most of the search. Someone with a leak is not browsing the country, they want a person who can reach them. That means the town, the area and the nearby landmarks matter more than broad trade terms.
