Massage Therapists
Content Calendar for Massage Therapists
A content calendar tells you what gets published and when. For a massage practice, the useful version is built from what clients type into Google, not from what the trade calls things.
The phrases clients search, not the ones the trade uses
Clients do not search for deep tissue manipulation or myofascial release unless they have already been to a therapist. They search for a sore back, a stiff neck from desk work, a sports massage before a run, or a massage near me open Saturday. HaloSEO researches those phrases from your site and the searches around your area. The calendar is built from that research, so the subjects match the words people use when they are looking for help.
A worked example
Say you run a two room practice and most of your bookings come from people with desk jobs. The research turns up searches about neck and shoulder tension and about appointments after work. A post from the calendar might be titled What to expect from a first sports massage, or Why your neck hurts after a day at the desk. The post explains the problem in plain words, says what a session involves, and links to your booking page and to a related post on your site. You can push that subject to the front of the plan if you want it out sooner. You can also reorder the rest.
What local intent means here
Most massage searches carry a place. People search for a massage in a named suburb, near a station, or close to their office, and they often add a time such as today or Saturday morning. That changes what the calendar should hold. Posts should name your area and the places clients travel from, and should answer questions about parking, public transport, opening hours and late appointments. A post about back pain that never mentions where you are does little for a practice that relies on people who can reach you.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for a practice with no website, or one that will not publish posts under its own name. It is not right for a therapist who wants to write every word by hand and will not accept a plan built from keyword research. It is not right for anyone who needs a guaranteed position on Google or a set date for results. We do not control search engines and we do not promise rankings, traffic numbers or dates. If you need a campaign managed by a person who reports to you each week, this is not that.
