Mortgage Brokers

AI Search Optimization for Mortgage Brokers

Your next client is asking an assistant which broker to call. HaloSEO writes the pages that answer that question, and measures whether the assistant names you.

The phrases your customers type, not the ones the trade uses

Brokers talk about product transfers, affordability assessments and procuration fees. Customers do not. They type things like can I get a mortgage on a zero hours contract, how much deposit do I need as a first time buyer, or is it worth remortgaging now. HaloSEO researches those phrases, the ones people actually put into Google and into assistants, and writes for them. The trade language still appears where it helps a reader, but it does not lead the page.

A worked example

Say the research shows people asking whether a self employed applicant needs two or three years of accounts. The post opens with the answer in the first two lines, then explains what lenders usually ask for, what documents to gather, and when to speak to a broker. It links to your page on self employed mortgages and to a related post on proof of income. Nothing in it promises an approval. The point is that a reader, or an assistant summarising the page, gets the answer immediately.

What local intent means for a broker

Mortgage advice is local in a way that most services are not. People search for a mortgage broker near me, or a broker in the town they are buying in, because they expect to sit down with someone or at least call a local number. That means town level pages matter, and so does the plain fact of where you work and who you cover. HaloSEO writes those pages from your real coverage, not from a list of towns you do not serve.

What HaloSEO measures, and what it cannot do

HaloSEO asks assistants the questions your customers ask and records which sources get cited. That tells you whether you are being named, and which pages are doing the work. It cannot make an assistant cite anybody, and it does not submit anything to an assistant. No tool can promise that. What it can do is publish consistently, link the posts together, build backlinks, and show you the measured picture over time.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a guaranteed position on Google or a fixed date for results. Nobody controls the search engines, and HaloSEO will not pretend otherwise. It is also not right if you want a one off batch of articles and nothing after that, or if you are not prepared to connect your site and let a system publish to it. And if you are looking for a writer to produce copy you will edit and upload yourself, this is a different kind of product.
