Notaries
Squarespace Integration for Notaries
HaloSEO connects to your Squarespace site once and publishes finished posts to it. The posts appear as normal posts, in your own theme, on your own domain.
The words your customers type
Notaries often describe their work in trade terms. Customers do not. They search for things like notary near me, mobile notary, someone to witness a signature, or how much does a notary cost. They search for signing agent if they are in real estate, and for apostille if they need a document used abroad. HaloSEO researches the phrases people actually type, then writes posts around those phrases. The trade vocabulary can still appear in the post, but the post is built to answer the question the customer asked.
A worked example
Say you are a notary in a mid sized town who travels to clients. One post could be titled What to bring to a notary appointment. It would list the document, a valid photo ID, and any witnesses the document requires. It would explain that the signer must appear in person and must be awake and willing to sign. It would note that some documents need two witnesses and that the notary cannot usually act as one. It would end with a short line on how to book you and where you travel. The post goes out on your Squarespace site as a normal post, in your theme, on your domain.
What local intent means for a notary
Almost every search a notary receives has a place attached to it. The person needs someone close, or someone who will come to them, often today. That changes what a post has to do. It has to name the areas you cover and the places you will travel to. It has to say what you can and cannot notarise, because rules differ by state and country. It has to make the next step obvious, whether that is a phone number, a booking link or an address. A post that ranks for a national phrase but never mentions your area does little for a customer standing in a bank two streets away.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a blog hosted somewhere else and pointed at your site. HaloSEO publishes to your Squarespace site, it does not host the blog for you. It is not right for you if you want a plugin to install and manage, because there is no plugin and nothing to keep updated. It is not right for you if you expect a ranking, a position or a traffic number by a set date. We do not control search engines and we will not promise that. It is also not right for you if you want to approve every word before it goes live, since the platform writes and publishes on its own.
