They type things like how much does a kitchen remodel cost, do I need a permit for a deck, or who fixes a leaking shower. They add their town to the end of it. HaloSEO researches those phrases, the ones people actually type, and writes posts around them. You do not have to guess which words matter.
A worked example
Say you work in a mid sized town and you want to be found for bathroom work. HaloSEO might research and write a post titled What a Bathroom Remodel Costs in Your Town, and What Changes the Price. The post would walk through the parts of a bathroom job, explain why a full gut costs more than a refresh, and list the questions to ask before you sign. It would be published to your Squarespace site as a normal post, in your theme, on your domain. No plugin to install or keep updated. Nothing else on your site changes.
What local intent means for you
For a general contractor, local intent is most of the search. People want someone who can get to the house, who knows the local inspectors, and who has worked in the same housing stock. So the searches carry a place in them, or the search engine adds one because of where the person is standing. That means a post about deck permits is worth little if it does not speak to your town and your permit office. HaloSEO writes with that in mind, and links the posts to each other so a reader who starts on cost can find the post on permits.
Who this is not right for
