Schema Generator for Online Courses

A schema tool for online course pages. It builds the JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing.

The phrases your students search

Course owners often describe their work in trade words. Students do not use those words. They search for things like learn to code after work, bookkeeping course for beginners, or a course I can finish on weekends. They search by the problem they want to solve and the time they have. They also search by price and by level. Write your page around those phrases. The schema tool does not pick the phrases for you. It builds the markup once you have chosen them.

A worked example

Say you run a part time bookkeeping course. A post for that page could be titled Bookkeeping course for beginners who work full time. The body would cover the weekly time commitment, what a student needs to know before day one, and how the lessons are split. The schema generator would then build the JSON-LD for that page. If a required field for the course type is missing, it will not emit the type. You fix the gap and run it again.

What local intent means for online courses

Online courses are not tied to one town, but local intent still shows up. People search for a course near me when they want a classroom session, a study group, or an exam centre they can reach. They search for evening classes in their city even when the course is mostly online. Your pages should say where any in person part happens, and whether the course is fully remote. That answers the local question without pretending you have a branch in every city.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want schema added to posts that are already live. The tool does not do that yet. It is a tool you paste the output from. It is also not right for you if you want a writer to invent course details. It only builds markup from the fields you give it. And it is not right for you if you expect a ranking or a date. We do not control search engines.
