Packaging buyers often need stock fast, or need to collect. Local intent for a packaging company is a search for a supplier near a town, a trade counter with opening hours, or next day delivery to a postcode. It is also a search for a company that can take a small order and print it. A post about collecting boxes from a unit in a named town serves that intent.
