Squarespace Integration for Private Schools
HaloSEO connects to your Squarespace site once, then writes and publishes finished posts to it. The posts appear as normal posts, in your own theme, on your own domain.
The words parents use, not the words schools use
Schools tend to write about admissions, curriculum and pastoral care. Parents search in plainer terms. They look for school fees, term dates, open days near me, how to apply, waiting lists, school bus routes, wraparound care, and whether a school takes nursery funding. They search by town and by year group. HaloSEO researches the phrases people actually type, then writes posts around those phrases. The trade language can stay on your prospectus pages. The posts answer the questions parents bring to a search box.
A worked example
Say you run a prep school and you want to reach families moving into the area. HaloSEO might write a post titled What to ask on a school tour in [your town]. It would cover the questions parents commonly bring, such as class sizes, how a typical day runs, how special educational needs are handled, and what happens after a place is offered. It would link to your admissions page and your open day page. It would publish to your Squarespace site as a normal post, in your theme, on your domain. You review it before it goes live if you choose to.
What local intent means for a school
For a private school, local intent is rarely just a town name. Parents search by catchment, by commute, by sibling arrangements and by the schools they can reach before the working day starts. They compare two or three schools in the same radius. A post that names the areas you serve, the routes you cover and the age groups you take can meet that search. HaloSEO builds posts around those local phrases and links them to each other, so a parent reading about one area can find the admissions page from there.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for a school that wants a blog hosted somewhere other than its own site. HaloSEO publishes to your Squarespace site, it does not host anything for you. It is not right for a school that expects a ranking, a traffic figure or a date, because we do not control search engines and we will not promise one. It is not right for a school that wants a writer to interview staff and shape a brand voice by hand. It is also not right if you need changes made elsewhere on your Squarespace site. The integration publishes posts and leaves the rest of the site alone.
