Private Schools
Internal Link Builder for Private Schools
HaloSEO links each new post to three to five of your earlier posts, on the phrase the post was written to rank for. It also goes back to older posts and links them forward to the new one.
The phrases your families search
Parents do not search the way the sector talks. They search for things like private school near me, fee paying school in [town], how much are private school fees, prep school admissions, school open day near me, and bursary for private school. They search for nursery to reception transition, small class sizes, and how to apply for a school place. They also search by worry: is private school worth it, and can I afford school fees. The trade words, independent sector and preparatory education, rarely appear in those searches. HaloSEO researches the phrases your families use and writes the posts around them.
A worked example
Say the research picks the phrase private school fees explained. HaloSEO writes a post that sets out what fees usually cover, what sits outside them, and what to ask a school office. It publishes the post, then links it to three to five of your earlier posts on the phrase the post was written to rank for. If you already have posts on bursaries, open days and the admissions timeline, those are the natural targets. It then revisits older posts, such as your open day page, and adds a link forward to the new fees post. A link goes in only where the sentence reads naturally with it.
What local intent means for a school
For a private school, local intent is most of the intent. A family will not move house for a prep school in most cases. They search within a short drive of home or work, and they compare the two or three schools in that radius. That makes town and area phrases matter: private school in [town], prep school near [area], and open day in [town]. It also means the posts should name the places you draw from, the routes families take, and the local milestones that shape admissions. A post that could have been written for any school in the country will not answer a local search.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for a school that has no website, or one that cannot give HaloSEO publishing access. It is not right for a school that wants links bought, or links placed on other people's sites. HaloSEO does not buy links and does not link to sites we do not publish to. It is not right for a school that needs a new website, a brand refresh or paid ads. It is also not right for a school that wants a guaranteed position on Google. We do not control search engines, so we do not promise a ranking, a traffic number or a date.
