Home Inspectors

Internal Link Builder for Home Inspectors

HaloSEO links each new post to three to five of your earlier posts, on the phrase the target was written to rank for. It also goes back to older posts and links them forward to the new one.

The phrases your customers type, not the ones the trade uses

Home inspectors talk about pre purchase inspections, thermal imaging and radon testing. Buyers type other things. They type how much does a home inspection cost, what does a home inspector check, and is a home inspection required when buying a house. They type things like what happens if the inspection finds problems, and how long does a home inspection take. HaloSEO researches the words people actually put into Google and into AI search, then writes posts aimed at those words. The trade vocabulary can appear in the post. The target phrase is the one a buyer would use.

A worked example

Say a home inspector in a mid sized city wants to reach first time buyers. HaloSEO might publish a post titled What Does a Home Inspector Check. The post walks through the roof, the foundation, the electrical panel, the plumbing and the HVAC, in plain language. It is written to rank for that question. When it publishes, HaloSEO links it to three to five earlier posts on the same site, on the phrases those posts were written for. If the inspector already has a post on how long an inspection takes, that post gets a link on its target phrase. Later, when a new post goes up about what happens after the inspection report, HaloSEO revisits this one and links forward to it. Every link sits in a sentence that reads naturally with it. If the sentence does not work, the link is not placed.

What local intent means for a home inspector

Almost every search a home inspector cares about has a place attached to it. Someone looking for a home inspector near me is not browsing. They have an offer on a house and a deadline. The same goes for home inspector in a named town, or home inspection in a named county. Local intent for this trade means the searcher is close to a decision and close to your service area. HaloSEO writes posts around those place based phrases and links them to each other, so a reader who lands on one page can find the others. We do not promise a position in the map pack or anywhere else. We do not control search engines.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want links bought for you. HaloSEO does not buy links. It is not right if you want links pointing at other people's sites. We only link to sites we publish to, which in practice means your own. It is not right if you want a guaranteed ranking, a set traffic number or a launch date. We cannot give you any of those. It is also a poor fit if you will not publish regularly, because the internal linking depends on having earlier posts to link to. If you want a writer that produces drafts and stops there, this is more than you need.
