Title Companies
Internal Link Builder for Title Companies
HaloSEO writes posts for your title company, publishes them, and links each new post to three to five of your earlier ones on the phrase the target was written to rank for. It also goes back to older posts and links them forward to new ones.
The phrases your customers type, not the ones the trade uses
People looking for a title company rarely search for title insurance or escrow services. They search for what is happening to them. They type who pays for title insurance when I buy a house, or what is a closing disclosure and why did it change. They search for how long after closing do I get my deed, or can I close on a house from another state. A page built around the trade term answers a question nobody asked. A page built around the question gets read. HaloSEO researches the phrases your customers actually use and writes the post to rank for one of them.
A worked example
Say the research picks the phrase who pays for title insurance in a cash sale. HaloSEO writes a post that answers it plainly, in short sentences, with no filler. It publishes the post on your site. It then links that post to three to five of your earlier posts, on the phrase each of those posts was written to rank for. If you already have a post on what a title commitment is, the new post links to it on that phrase, but only where the sentence reads naturally with the link in it. Later, when a new post goes up on closing costs for sellers, HaloSEO revisits this one and links it forward.
What local intent means for a title company
A title company is licensed to a state and works in a county. That changes the search. Someone in one state cannot use a title company in another, so a page that ranks nationally may bring you nothing. Local intent here means county names, state rules, and the recording office that handles the deed. It means a question about transfer taxes is really a question about your state's transfer taxes. HaloSEO writes to the phrases people use when they already know where they are buying, and it links those posts to each other so a reader who starts on one question can find the next one.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want links bought for you. HaloSEO does not buy links. It is not right for you if you want links placed on other people's sites. HaloSEO does not link to sites we do not publish to. It is not right for you if you want a set number of posts a month regardless of what the research finds, or if you want a promise about where you will rank. We do not control search engines and we will not promise a position, a traffic number or a date. It is also not right for you if you have no earlier posts to link to and no plan to keep publishing. The internal links need pages on both ends.
