General Contractors

Internal Link Builder for General Contractors

HaloSEO links each new post to three to five of your own earlier posts, on the phrase the target was written to rank for. It also goes back to older posts and links them forward to new ones.

The phrases your customers type, not the ones the trade uses

Your customers do not search for load bearing wall removal or structural remediation. They type things like can I take out this wall, how much does a kitchen remodel cost, or why is my basement damp. They search by problem and by price, often on a phone, often at night. HaloSEO researches those phrases and writes posts around them. The words your trade uses still matter on site. They are just not what fills your inbox.

A worked example

Say a homeowner near you searches for how much does a bathroom remodel cost. HaloSEO writes a post on that phrase and publishes it. It then links that post to three to five of your earlier posts, using the phrase each of those posts was written to rank for as the anchor text. So the cost post links to your post on choosing a tile, your post on permits, and your post on how long a remodel takes. Later, when a new post goes up on small bathroom layouts, HaloSEO revisits the cost post and adds a link forward to it. A link only goes in where the sentence reads naturally with it.

What local intent means for a general contractor

For a general contractor, local intent is most of the search. People want someone who can reach the house, who knows the local permit office, and who has worked in the same kind of housing stock. That shows up in phrases with a town, a county or a neighbourhood in them, and in phrases like contractor near me. HaloSEO writes posts on the phrases it researches for your business. It does not promise a map position or a ranking. We do not control search engines, and we will not pretend to.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want links bought for you. HaloSEO does not buy links. It is not right if you want links to sites we do not publish to. We only link inside the posts we publish for you. It is also not right if you need a ranking, a traffic number or a date promised up front. We do not promise those. And if you will not connect your website, there is nothing for the platform to research, write, publish or link.
