Process Servers

Internal Link Builder for Process Servers

HaloSEO links each new post to three to five of your earlier posts, on the phrase the target was written to rank for. It also goes back to older posts and links them forward to new ones.

The phrases your customers type, not the ones the trade uses

People who need a process server rarely search for the trade term. They search for the problem. They type things like how to serve court papers on someone who is avoiding me, or can I serve divorce papers by post, or what happens if the person cannot be found. They search by county and by town, because service rules and turnaround differ by area. They search for proof, such as what an affidavit of service looks like. HaloSEO researches the phrases your customers actually use and writes posts around them. It does not build the plan from the words process servers use with each other.

A worked example

Say the research finds that people search for how long a process server has to serve papers. HaloSEO writes a post on that phrase. It then links that post to three to five of your earlier posts, on the phrases those posts were written to rank for. If you already have a post on serving papers when the address is wrong, the new post links to it on that phrase. HaloSEO also revisits the older post and adds a link forward to the new one. A link goes in only where the sentence reads naturally with it. If no sentence fits, no link is placed.

What local intent means for a process server

Service is tied to a place. The rules that apply, the courts involved and the travel all depend on where the papers are going. Someone searching for a process server in a named town is usually ready to act, and they want to know you cover their area. That makes location part of the search itself, not a detail. Posts written for a county or a town can link to your posts on the general rules, and those general posts can link back out to the local ones. The linking runs both ways, so a reader who lands on either page can find the other.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want links bought for you. HaloSEO does not buy links. It is not right for you if you want links placed on other people's sites. HaloSEO does not link to sites we do not publish to. It is not right for you if you want a guaranteed position on Google or a date when rankings will move. We do not control search engines and we will not promise a ranking, a position or a traffic number. It is also not right for you if you have no published posts yet, because there is nothing to link to until some exist.
