Property Management
Internal Link Builder for Property Management
HaloSEO links each new post to three to five of your own earlier posts, on the phrase the post was written to rank for. It also goes back to older posts and links them forward to the new one.
The phrases your customers search
Property management customers do not search the way the trade talks. They search things like how much do letting agents charge, who fixes the boiler in a rented flat, my landlord will not return my deposit, and what does a property manager actually do. Owners search for managing a flat from another city and how to find a tenant without an agent. Tenants search for reporting a repair and how long a landlord has to fix it. HaloSEO researches the words people type, not the words the industry uses on its own website, and writes posts around those.
A worked example
Say the research finds that people search how long a landlord has to return a deposit. HaloSEO writes a post answering that question in plain English, with the steps a tenant or landlord would follow. It then links that post to three to five earlier posts on your site, on the phrases those posts were written to rank for, such as how to report a repair or what a tenancy deposit scheme does. It also opens older posts and adds a link forward to the new one, but only where the sentence reads naturally with the link in it.
What local intent means here
Property management is local by nature. A tenant in one city will not call an agent in another, and a landlord with a flat near a station wants someone who knows that street. Local intent shows up in searches that name a town, a district or a station, and in questions about travel time, parking and who handles the keys. HaloSEO writes posts around the places your business actually covers, so the pages speak to the area a customer is searching from.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want links bought for you. HaloSEO does not buy links. It is not right if you want links to sites we do not publish to, because we only link inside your own site. It is not right if you want a guaranteed position on Google or a date for one, because we do not control search engines and will not promise either. And it is not right if you want a writer to hand posts back to you, since HaloSEO publishes them itself.
