Property Management
Schema Generator for Property Management
A tool that builds the JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You paste the output where you need it.
The phrases your customers search
Property management customers do not search the way the trade talks. A landlord with one flat types things like who can manage my flat while I work abroad, or how much do letting agents charge to find a tenant. A tenant types how do I report a repair, or can my landlord keep my deposit. Owners of small blocks search who handles service charges for a block of flats. These are plain questions with a place attached. The schema you build should describe the page that answers one of them, not a page that lists your services in the abstract.
A worked example
Say you write a post called How to report a repair to your property manager. The page explains the steps, the response times you set out in your agreement, and what happens if the repair is urgent. The schema generator builds the JSON-LD for that page. You give it the type, the headline, the author, the date and the organisation behind it. If a required field is missing, it will not emit the type. You paste the finished block into the page yourself. HaloSEO does not add schema to published posts automatically yet, so this is a copy and paste step.
What local intent means here
Property management is local by nature. A landlord in Leeds will not appoint a manager in Bristol. So the searches carry a place: property management Leeds, letting agent near me, block management Manchester. Local intent also means the searcher often wants a phone number, an office address and a clear area covered. Your pages should say which towns and postcodes you work in, in plain words. The schema should describe the business and the area it serves, so a search engine can tell which place the page is about.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want schema added to your published posts without touching them. That does not happen yet. It is a tool you paste the output from. It is also not right for you if you expect it to write the page, choose your keywords or publish anything. It builds the JSON-LD and checks the required fields. The rest is your work, or the work of the publishing side of HaloSEO.
