Exhibit A
Real Estate Investors work in North Charleston
North Charleston is a working city of roughly 115,000 people, and the investor demand here follows the housing stock. The older mill era houses off Montague and the streets around Park Circle, the brick ranches out toward Dorchester Road, the small rentals near the Air Force base and the port: these are the properties sellers search about. The searches are local and specific. People type the neighbourhood, the street, the situation. A handful of established local investors and small funds compete for those searches, and the paid search on them is modest because the volume is modest. Most of the visibility is still won in the organic results, which is where a steady publishing habit shows up.
