Recruiters
Backlink Builder for Recruiters
HaloSEO writes and publishes posts for your recruitment site, links them to each other, and builds backlinks by trading links between the sites we publish to. It also reports your backlink profile every week.
The phrases your candidates and clients actually type
Recruiters often describe themselves with words their market does not use. A firm may say it offers talent acquisition solutions or permanent placement services. A candidate is more likely to type jobs in a specific town, or the name of a role plus the word vacancies. A hiring manager is more likely to type the role they need to fill plus the sector they work in. HaloSEO researches the phrases people search in your market, then writes posts around those phrases. The posts use the words your candidates and clients use, not the words the trade uses.
A worked example of a post we would publish
Say you run a recruitment agency placing warehouse and logistics staff in a mid sized town. A post we might publish would be titled around the phrase warehouse jobs in that town. The post would explain what local employers look for, what shifts are common, what a first week looks like, and how to apply through your agency. It would link to a related post on your site, for example one about forklift licences or night shift work. That link sits between posts we publish for you, and it is counted on the credit system. We do not promise this post will rank. We do not control search engines.
What local intent means for a recruitment business
For a recruiter, local intent is rarely about your office address. It is about where the work is. A candidate searching for a job wants to know the site, the shift pattern and the travel. A client searching for staff wants to know you cover their area and their sector. So the useful posts are built around a place plus a role, or a place plus an industry. HaloSEO researches those phrases and writes posts that answer them. The links between your posts help a reader move from one role or one area to the next. Your weekly report shows your backlink profile from a third party index, so you can see what has been built.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want outreach emails sent on your behalf. HaloSEO does not send outreach emails and does not contact anyone for you. It is not right for you if you want to buy links from a marketplace. We do not do that. It is not right for you if you need a guaranteed position on Google or a fixed date for results. We cannot promise a ranking, a position, a traffic number or a date, because we do not control search engines. And it is not right for you if you want a writer only. HaloSEO is a publishing platform that researches, writes, publishes, links and reports.
