Recruiters

Internal Link Builder for Recruiters

HaloSEO links each new post to three to five of your earlier posts, on the phrase the post was written to rank for. It also goes back to older posts and links them forward to the new one.

The phrases your candidates and clients actually type

Recruiters often write for the trade. The trade says talent acquisition, pipeline, headhunting and contingent placement. Most people searching do not use those words. They type things like jobs in Leeds, warehouse work near me, how long does a job reference take, or agency that finds care staff. HaloSEO researches the phrases people actually search in your sector and your area, then writes posts around them. You get pages aimed at the words on the screen in front of a candidate at 9pm, not the words on a conference slide.

A worked example

Say you run a recruitment agency placing warehouse and logistics staff in Leeds. HaloSEO might publish a post titled How long does a warehouse job reference take. The post is written to rank for that phrase. It then links to three to five of your earlier posts, on the phrase each of those posts was written to rank for. So a link to your post on forklift licence checks sits on the words forklift licence checks, inside a sentence where that phrase belongs. HaloSEO also revisits your older posts and adds a link forward to the new one. No link is forced. If the sentence does not read naturally with it, the link is not placed.

What local intent means for recruiters

For a recruiter, local intent is rarely just a town name. Someone searching care assistant jobs in Salford wants a shift pattern, a pay range and a start date, not a company history. Someone searching recruitment agency near me may be an employer with a role to fill this week. These are different people with different questions, and one page cannot answer both well. HaloSEO writes separate posts for the candidate question and the employer question, each aimed at its own phrase. The internal links then tie the set together, so a reader who lands on one post can find the others.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want links bought for you. HaloSEO does not buy links. It is not right if you want links to sites we do not publish to. We only link between posts on your own site. It is not right if you expect a ranking, a position or a traffic number by a set date. We do not control search engines and we will not promise that. It is also a poor fit if you will not publish regularly, because the linking works by connecting posts to each other, and a site with three posts has little to connect.
