Staffing Agencies
Automatic Indexing for Staffing Agencies
New posts on your site should be found without you submitting anything. HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain updated as posts go live, with robots.txt pointing at it.
The phrases your candidates and clients actually type
Staffing agencies often write for the trade. The trade says talent acquisition, contingent workforce, permanent placement. The people searching say something else. They type temp agency near me, warehouse jobs in [town], how much do recruiters charge, agency staff for a weekend shift, or who can cover a sick chef tomorrow. HaloSEO researches those phrases for your area and your sectors, then writes posts around them. The point is to match the words people use, not the words your team uses on a sales call.
A worked example
Say you place warehouse and logistics staff in a mid sized town. A post might be titled: hiring temporary warehouse staff in [town], what to expect and what it costs. It would cover shift patterns, how quickly cover can start, what you need to send over, and how pay and charges work. It would answer the questions a site manager types at short notice. It would link to your contact page and to a related post on weekend cover. That is the shape of a post. It is not a promise that it ranks.
What local intent means for a staffing agency
For a staffing agency, local intent is usually urgent and specific. Someone needs cover in a named town, on a named shift, often within a day. They may search on a phone while standing on a factory floor. That means posts should name places and sectors plainly, and should answer the practical questions: can you cover nights, how fast can someone start, what does it cost. A national page about workforce solutions does not answer any of that. Local pages that speak to one town and one type of role do.
How the indexing part works
When a post goes live, HaloSEO updates a sitemap on your own domain. Your robots.txt points at that sitemap. Search engines that crawl your site can find the new post from there, without anybody submitting a URL by hand. That is the whole mechanism. HaloSEO does not ping Google, does not use IndexNow, and does not submit URLs to Search Console. We do not control search engines, so we cannot promise a ranking, a position, a traffic number or a date.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want guaranteed rankings or a fixed date for results. We do not offer that. It is not right if you need URLs pushed to Search Console or IndexNow, because we do not do that. It is not right if you want a one off batch of articles rather than a publishing system that keeps running. And it is not right if nobody at your agency can check facts about pay, shifts and local roles before posts go out.
