Staffing Agencies

Schema Generator for Staffing Agencies

A tool that builds JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You paste the output where you need it.

The phrases your candidates and clients actually type

Staffing agencies tend to write for the trade. The trade says talent acquisition, contingent workforce, staffing solutions, RPO. The people searching say something else. They type temp agency near me, warehouse jobs hiring this week, forklift work in [town], how much does a recruiter charge, agency fees for employers, or the name of a role plus a shift. Candidates search by job title, location and pay. Clients search by role, cover needed and cost. HaloSEO researches the phrases your market uses, not the ones your competitors put in their taglines, and writes posts around those. The schema tool then describes each page in a form search engines and AI systems can read.

A worked example

Say you run a staffing agency placing warehouse and logistics staff. A post could be titled: hiring warehouse staff at short notice, what employers ask us first. It would cover notice periods, shift patterns, what checks are needed before a start date, and what to have ready before you call. It would answer the questions a client types at 7am when a shift has fallen through. The page would carry FAQ schema for the questions, and Organization schema for your business with your address and contact details. The generator builds that JSON-LD and will not output a type if a required field is blank, so you see the gap before you publish.

What local intent means for a staffing agency

Almost every search in this market has a place attached. A candidate wants work within a bus ride. A client wants cover at a site in a named town or industrial estate. That means your pages should name the places you actually serve, and your schema should carry the same address and area details as your site. LocalBusiness or Organization markup with a real address, phone number and opening hours helps a search engine match your page to a place. Do not list towns you cannot staff. A page for a town you do not cover is a page that will not hold up.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want schema added to posts you have already published. The tool does not do that yet. It builds the JSON-LD and you paste the output yourself. It is also not right for you if you expect a ranking, a position or a traffic number from it. We do not control search engines and we will not promise a date. And if you want a writer that produces text with no research behind it, this is a different product. HaloSEO researches, writes, publishes, links and builds backlinks. The schema generator is one tool inside that, not a shortcut past it.
