WordPress Integration for AI Consultancies

HaloSEO connects to your WordPress site once and publishes finished posts to it. The posts go out as normal posts, in your own theme, on your own domain.

The phrases your buyers type

Your buyers do not search for the words your trade uses. They search for what they are worried about. A small firm might type how do I use AI without losing my client data. A founder might type is AI consulting worth the money. Someone else types AI consultant for a law firm. These are plain questions with a job behind them. HaloSEO researches the phrases people actually search, then writes posts that answer them. The trade words can appear in the post. They should not be the only thing the post is built around.

A worked example

Say a consultancy wants to reach operations managers at mid sized firms. HaloSEO might write a post titled What an AI pilot should cost before you commit. The post would walk through the questions to ask a vendor, the parts of a pilot that tend to run over, and how to scope a small first project. It would link to the consultancy's own page on how it starts work with a client. It would publish to the WordPress site as a normal post, in the site's theme, on the site's domain. No plugin to install or keep updated. Nothing else on the site changes.

What local intent means here

Local intent for an AI consultancy is rarely about a map. It is about jurisdiction, sector and proximity. A buyer may want a consultant who knows UK data protection rules, or who has worked with firms in their city, or who can meet in person. Those are local questions even when the search has no place name in it. Posts that name the rules, the sectors and the regions you actually work in can meet that intent. Posts that stay generic do not. Only write about places and rules you genuinely cover.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a blog hosted somewhere else and pointed at your domain. HaloSEO publishes to your WordPress site. It does not host the blog. It is not right for you if you need a plugin in your stack, because there is none. It is not right for you if you want to approve every sentence before it goes live, or if your site is not on WordPress. And it is not right for you if you want a guaranteed position on Google. Nobody can promise that, and we do not.
