Commercial Cleaning
Automatic Indexing for Commercial Cleaning
New posts on your site should be found without you submitting anything. HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain updated as posts go live, with robots.txt pointing at it.
The phrases your customers type
People who need a cleaner do not search for the words the trade uses. They type things like office cleaning near me, who cleans warehouses in my area, contract cleaners for a dental surgery, or how much does it cost to clean an office each week. They add a town, a building type or a problem. HaloSEO researches those phrases for your area and writes posts around them, so the words on your site match the words people actually use.
A worked example
Say you clean offices and small industrial units in one town. HaloSEO might publish a post titled What office cleaning covers and what it costs in your town. It would explain the tasks in a standard weekly visit, the things that change the price such as floor area and frequency, and the questions to ask before signing a contract. It ends with a clear way to get in touch. The post is useful on its own and it uses the phrases buyers search for.
What local intent means here
Commercial cleaning is bought locally. A facilities manager wants a firm that can reach the building, and often wants to see it before agreeing. So the searches carry a place: a town, a district, a business park. That means the posts need to name the areas you cover and the kinds of premises you clean there. A page about cleaning a warehouse is weaker than a page about cleaning a warehouse in the towns you actually serve.
How the indexing works
When a post goes live, HaloSEO updates a sitemap on your own domain and keeps robots.txt pointing at it. Search engines that crawl your site find the new post through that sitemap, so nobody has to submit the URL by hand. HaloSEO does not ping Google, does not use IndexNow and does not submit URLs to Search Console. Crawling and indexing are decisions search engines make, and we do not control them.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a guaranteed position on Google or a promised date for traffic. We do not offer either. It is not right if you need pages live within days, because indexing depends on search engines. It is not right if you want to approve every word before it publishes, or if you sell nationally to buyers who never care where you are based. And it is not right if you want a tool that submits URLs to Search Console, because HaloSEO does not do that.
