Home Inspectors

Schema Generator for Home Inspectors

A tool that builds the JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You paste the output where you need it.

The phrases your customers search

Home inspectors tend to talk about their service in trade terms. Customers do not. They search things like home inspection near me, what does a home inspector check, how long does a home inspection take, and radon test before buying a house. They search by the problem and the moment, not by the name of the service. HaloSEO researches the keywords your customers actually type, then writes posts around those phrases. The schema tool then helps you mark up the page so search engines and AI tools can read what the page is about.

A worked example

Say the research shows people search how long does a home inspection take. HaloSEO writes a post that answers that question in plain English, covers what changes the length of an inspection, and links to your booking page. The schema generator builds the JSON-LD for that post. If you pick a type and leave a required field empty, it will not emit the markup. You copy the finished JSON-LD and paste it into the page yourself. The tool does not add schema to published posts automatically yet.

What local intent means for home inspectors

A home inspection happens at a property, so the search almost always has a place attached to it. People search for an inspector in their town, or near the suburb they are buying in. That means the pages that answer local questions matter more than a single service page. Posts about what an inspector looks at in a particular kind of property, or what a buyer should prepare before an inspection, can carry that local intent. The schema helps a page state clearly what it is and where it applies.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want schema added to your published posts without touching them. It is a tool you paste the output from, not an automatic step. It is also not right for you if you want a guarantee about where you will rank. We do not control search engines and we do not promise a position, a traffic number or a date. And if you are not publishing posts at all, there is nothing here to mark up yet.
