Home Services
AI Search Optimization for Home Services
Home services customers ask an assistant a question and act on the answer. HaloSEO writes your pages so the answer is in the opening lines, then measures whether assistants name your business.
The phrases your customers search, not the ones the trade uses
Trades talk in their own language. Customers do not. A heating engineer thinks about a combi boiler service. A customer types why is my boiler making a noise, or who can fix a leaking radiator near me. A roofer thinks about a flat roof replacement. A customer types water coming through the ceiling, what do I do. HaloSEO researches the words people actually use when something has gone wrong in their home, and writes for those. The trade term can appear in the post. It just does not lead it.
A worked example
Take a plumbing and heating business. A customer asks an assistant: why is my boiler losing pressure. HaloSEO would publish a post with that question as the title. The first two lines give the answer: a small drop is often normal, a steady fall usually means a leak or a failed part, and you should not keep topping it up without finding out why. The rest of the post covers how to check the pressure gauge, what the reading should be, when to call someone, and what to have ready before the call. The post ends with a clear line about booking a visit. No ranking is promised. The point is that the answer sits where an assistant can lift it.
What local intent means here
Home services are local by nature. Nobody wants a plumber four counties away. That changes the questions. Customers ask who covers my area, how fast someone can get here, whether there is a call out charge, and whether the business works weekends. HaloSEO writes posts that answer those questions plainly, with the areas you cover named in the text. It also asks assistants the questions your customers ask and records which sources get cited. That record shows you where you stand. It cannot make an assistant cite you, and it does not submit anything to an assistant.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for a business with no website, because there is nothing to connect. It is not right for anyone who wants a guaranteed position on Google or a named spot in an AI answer. We do not control search engines or assistants, and we will not pretend to. It is not right for a business that wants a writer only. HaloSEO is a publishing platform that researches, writes, publishes, links and builds backlinks. If you want to write the posts yourself, this is more than you need.
