Automatic Indexing for Home Services

New posts on your site should be found without you doing anything. HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain up to date and points robots.txt at it, so search engines can pick up new pages as they go live.

The phrases your customers search

People looking for a plumber, an electrician or a cleaner do not search the way the trade talks. They search what is wrong or what they want done. They type things like boiler not heating, fuse box tripping, gutter leaking at the back, or how much to fit a new bathroom. They add the place they live. They add words like near me, same day, or cheap. A post built around the trade term for a part will miss most of them. HaloSEO researches the phrases people actually type in your area and writes posts around those.

A worked example

Say you run a small electrical business. HaloSEO might publish a post titled Why your fuse box keeps tripping, and what to do next. It would explain the common causes in plain words, say when to call someone, and mention the areas you cover. It would link to your contact page and to a related post on rewiring an older house. The sitemap on your domain updates when that post goes live, and robots.txt points at the sitemap, so the post can be found without you submitting it anywhere.

What local intent means here

For home services, almost every search has a place attached to it, even when the person does not type one. Someone searching for a blocked drain wants a person who can come to their street this week. That changes what a post has to do. It has to name the towns and areas you cover, describe the jobs you take on, and make it easy to get in touch. A post that reads well but never says where you work does little for a local search. HaloSEO writes with that in mind.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want guaranteed positions on Google, or a set number of visitors by a set date. We do not control search engines and we will not promise that. It is not right for you if you need URLs pushed to Google directly. HaloSEO does not ping Google, does not use IndexNow, and does not submit URLs to Search Console. It keeps your sitemap current and points robots.txt at it, and that is the whole of what it does on indexing. If you want a writer to produce one post a month for you to publish by hand, this is more than you need.
