Automatic Indexing for PR Agencies

New posts on your site are easier to find when your sitemap and robots.txt do the work. HaloSEO keeps both in order on your own domain as it publishes.

The phrases your clients actually type

PR agencies tend to describe themselves with words their buyers do not use. A client looking for help is more likely to type phrases like how to get press coverage for my small business, or who can write a press release for a product launch, or how do I get my company in the news. They search for the problem and the task, not the trade label. HaloSEO researches those phrases for your market and writes posts around them, so the pages match the words people use when they are looking.

A worked example

Say your agency works with food and drink brands. A post could be titled How to get a new restaurant mentioned in local press. It would walk through what journalists want, what to send and when, and what to have ready before you pitch. It would link to your own page on launch support and to a related post on writing a press release. That is the shape of a post HaloSEO would research, write and publish for a PR agency. It is an example of the format, not a promise of where it will appear.

What local intent means here

For a PR agency, local intent is rarely someone searching for a PR agency near me. It is more often a business in a named town or region looking for help with a local paper, a regional radio slot or a community event. Those searches carry a place name, and the post needs to answer for that place. HaloSEO can build posts around the towns and regions you serve, so the page speaks to the area the client is in rather than to the whole country.

How the indexing works

HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain and updates it as posts go live. Your robots.txt points at that sitemap. That is the whole mechanism. New posts are found through the sitemap without anybody submitting them by hand. HaloSEO does not ping Google, does not use IndexNow and does not submit URLs to Search Console. If you want those steps done, they stay with you.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for an agency that wants guaranteed placements, rankings or traffic by a set date. We do not control search engines and we will not promise a position or a timeframe. It is also not right if you need every URL pushed to Search Console or pinged to Google as part of the workflow, because HaloSEO does not do that. And it is not right if you want a tool that only drafts text for a person to publish. HaloSEO publishes to your site.
