Internal Link Builder for PR Agencies

HaloSEO links each new post to three to five of your earlier posts, on the phrase the post was written to rank for. It also goes back to older posts and links them forward to the new one.

The phrases your clients actually type

PR agencies tend to describe themselves with words their buyers do not use. A founder looking for help does not search for media relations or reputation management. They search for how to get my business in the local paper, or who writes press releases for small companies, or how to handle a bad review online. HaloSEO researches the phrases people actually type, then writes posts aimed at those phrases. The trade words can still appear in the copy. They just do not lead.

A worked example

Say the research finds that people search for how to get a story in a trade magazine. HaloSEO writes a post on that phrase. The post explains what editors want, how to pitch, and what to send. As it publishes, it links to three to five of your earlier posts, each on the phrase that post was written to rank for. So a line about pitching might link to your post on writing a press release, if the sentence reads naturally with the link in it. Later, HaloSEO revisits older posts and adds links forward to this new one. No link is forced. If the sentence does not carry it, the link is not placed.

What local intent means here

For a PR agency, local intent is rarely someone searching for a PR agency in a city. It is closer to the work. A restaurant owner searches for how to get local press for my cafe. A clinic manager searches for how to get into the local news. Those searches carry a place in them, and the person behind them is often the buyer. HaloSEO writes posts that answer the question as it is asked, with the place in the sentence. It does not buy links and it does not link to sites we do not publish to, so the local angle has to come from the writing, not from a link deal.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want links bought for you. HaloSEO does not buy links. It is not right if you want links pointing at other people's sites, because it only links to pages we publish to. It is not right if you expect a ranking, a position or a traffic number by a date. We do not control search engines and we will not promise one. And it is not right if you want a writer to hand posts back to you. HaloSEO publishes them.
