Property Management
Image Generation for Property Management
Every post HaloSEO publishes for a property management business gets a picture drawn from that post's own subject, in the style you chose, hosted on your own storage.
The words your customers type
Property managers often write for other property managers. Tenants and landlords do not search that way. They type things like how to get my deposit back, who fixes the boiler in a rented flat, or what a letting agent does with my rent. HaloSEO researches the phrases people actually use in your area, then writes posts around those phrases. The image for each post comes from the post's subject, so a piece about deposit returns gets a picture about that, not a generic office photo.
A worked example
Say HaloSEO finds that people near you search for how long a landlord has to return a deposit. It writes a post that answers that question in plain steps, with the rules that apply where you operate. The image is drawn from the subject of the post, in the style you picked when you set the account up. It holds no text, so nothing in it can go out of date or contradict the article. The file sits on your own storage, not ours. HaloSEO then publishes the post, links it to your other pages and builds backlinks to it.
What local intent means here
Property management is local by nature. A tenant in one city is not helped by rules that apply in another, and a landlord searching for a manager wants one who covers their postcode. Local intent means the searches carry a place in them, or sit close to one: flats to rent in a named area, a manager for a block in a named town, deposit rules for a named jurisdiction. HaloSEO researches those phrases and writes for the places you actually serve. The image follows the subject of each post, so a piece about one area is not illustrated with something that reads as another.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a stock photo library. HaloSEO draws one picture per post from the article's subject. It does not give you a searchable catalogue of images to use elsewhere. It is not right for you if you need text inside the picture, such as a headline or a phone number, because it does not put text in images. It is not right for you if you want to hand over a brief and approve every draft, because this is a publishing platform that runs the work, not a writer you direct post by post. And it is not right for you if you need a promised position on Google. Nobody can promise that, and we do not.
