Automatic Indexing for Real Estate

New posts on your site are only useful if search engines can find them. HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain up to date as each post goes live, with robots.txt pointing at it.

The phrases Real Estate customers actually search

People looking for a home do not search the way the trade talks. They type things like houses for sale near me, flats to rent with a garden, how much deposit do I need, or what is a service charge. They search by area name, by school, by train station, by budget. They ask questions about the process, not about the industry. HaloSEO researches those phrases, the ones your buyers and tenants type, and writes posts around them. Not the internal language of listings, yields and stock.

A worked example

Say you are an agent covering a town with a popular primary school nearby. HaloSEO might publish a post titled What it costs to live near [school name] in [town]. The post would cover typical asking prices by street, what the commute looks like, which catchment streets sit closest, and what buyers ask most often before they view. It would link to your current listings in those streets and to your contact page. The post answers a real question a buyer has, and it gives your listings a page to sit next to.

What local intent means for Real Estate

Almost every search in this sector has a place attached to it. Nobody searches for a three bedroom house in the abstract. They search for one in a named area, near a named station, inside a named catchment. That means your posts need to name places, streets, schools and transport links, and they need to be specific enough that a search engine can tell which area the page is about. A page about the whole county competes with everyone. A page about one neighbourhood speaks to the people already looking there.

How the indexing works

HaloSEO keeps a sitemap on your own domain and updates it as posts go live. Your robots.txt points at that sitemap. That is the whole mechanism. Search engines that crawl your site will find the new posts without anybody submitting them by hand. We do not ping Google, we do not use IndexNow, and we do not submit URLs to Search Console. If you want those steps done, they are yours to do. We do not promise a ranking, a position, a traffic number or a date, because we do not control search engines.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want guaranteed rankings or a fixed date for results. We cannot offer either. It is not right if you need every URL pushed to Search Console or pinged to Google as part of the service, because we do not do that. It is not right if you have no website of your own to publish to, or if you want a one off batch of posts rather than a platform that keeps publishing. And it is not right if you expect a writer you brief by hand each time. HaloSEO runs the research, writing and publishing itself.
