Internal Link Builder for Real Estate

HaloSEO writes posts for your real estate site and links each new one to three to five of your earlier posts, on the phrase the new post was written to rank for.

The phrases buyers and sellers actually type

People looking for a home do not search the way the trade talks. They type things like houses for sale near me, how much is my house worth, what is a good school near this address, or how long does a house sale take. They search by street, by suburb and by school catchment. HaloSEO researches those phrases, not the internal language of the industry, and writes each post around one of them. The post then links to your earlier posts on that same phrase, so a reader who lands on one page can find the related one you already wrote.

A worked example

Say the target phrase is how much is my house worth in a named suburb. HaloSEO writes a post that walks a seller through what affects a valuation in that area. It then links that post to three to five of your earlier posts, on the phrase each of those was written to rank for. If you already published a post on preparing a home for sale and one on local school catchments, those are natural places for a link. HaloSEO also goes back to older posts and adds a link forward to the new one, but only where the sentence reads naturally with the link in it.

What local intent means here

In real estate, almost every search has a place attached to it. A buyer wants homes in one suburb, not homes in general. A seller wants to know what their street is worth. That means the phrases worth targeting usually carry a place name, and the posts that answer them need to speak to that place. HaloSEO builds the internal links around those place specific phrases, so your pages about one area point to your other pages about the same area. It does not buy links, and it does not link to sites we do not publish to.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want links bought for you, because HaloSEO does not buy links. It is not right if you need links pointing at pages on other people's sites, because we only link to sites we publish to. It is not right if you want a guaranteed position on Google or a date for one, because we do not control search engines and will not promise either. And it is not right if you want a writer only. HaloSEO is a publishing platform that researches, writes, publishes and links, not another AI writer.
