Schema Generator for Real Estate
A tool that builds the JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You paste the output where you need it.
The phrases buyers and sellers actually type
People looking for a home do not search for listing syndication or comparative market analysis. They type things like houses for sale near me, how much is my house worth, flats to rent with a garden, or estate agents in a named town. Sellers type what will my house sell for and how long does it take to sell a house. Renters type bills included and pet friendly. HaloSEO researches the words your customers use, not the words the trade uses, and writes posts around those. The schema tool then describes the page in a form search engines and AI systems can read.
A worked example
Say you are an agency covering a specific town. HaloSEO might publish a post answering what a three bedroom house costs in that town and what affects the price. The post would cover the local streets, the schools, the transport links and the questions sellers ask before they list. The schema generator would then build the JSON-LD for that page. If you choose a type that needs a field you have not filled in, it will not emit the markup. You fill the gap or pick a type that fits.
What local intent means for Real Estate
Almost every search in this sector has a place attached to it. A buyer wants homes in a named area, a seller wants a valuation for a specific address, a renter wants a postcode near a station. Local intent here means the town, the neighbourhood and sometimes the street. It also means the questions that come before a viewing, such as what the area is like to live in or what the commute is. Posts that answer those questions for one place do better than generic advice that could apply anywhere.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want schema added to your published posts automatically. It does not do that yet. It is a tool you paste the output from, so someone has to take that step. It is also not right if you expect a ranking, a position or a traffic number by a set date. We do not control search engines and we will not promise that. And if you want a writer that produces text and nothing else, this is a publishing platform, not another AI writer.
