Recruiters

Schema Generator for Recruiters

A tool that builds the JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You paste the output where you need it.

The phrases recruiters' customers actually search

People looking for a recruiter rarely type the words the trade uses. They search for the job, the sector and the place. They type things like warehouse jobs in Leeds, or part time admin work near me, or how to find a temp for a busy week. Hiring managers search for staff, cover or candidates, not for talent acquisition. The schema you build should describe the page in the words on the page, so the structured data matches what someone actually searched for. Start from the phrase a candidate or a hiring manager would type, then write the page around it.

A worked example

Say you run a recruitment agency placing forklift drivers in a city. A post could be titled Forklift driver jobs in Sheffield, what the work involves and what it pays. It would cover shift patterns, the licences employers ask for, how to apply and what happens after you apply. The schema for that page would describe the job listing or the service page, with the fields the type requires. If a required field is missing, the tool will not emit that type. You fix the gap first, then paste the output into the page.

What local intent means for recruiters

For a recruiter, local intent is two sided. A candidate wants work they can get to, so the town, the travel area and the site matter. A hiring manager wants someone who can start nearby, often at short notice. That means place names belong in the page, in the headings and in the schema. A page about drivers in Sheffield should say Sheffield, not just South Yorkshire. A page about a town should name the town. Do not stuff every nearby place into one page. One place, one page, described honestly.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want schema added to published posts automatically. It does not do that yet. It is a tool you paste the output from, so someone has to take the JSON-LD and put it on the page. It is also not right for you if you want a guarantee about rankings, positions or traffic. We do not control search engines and we will not promise a number or a date. And if you have no pages worth marking up, fix the pages first.
