Title Companies

Schema Generator for Title Companies

A tool that builds the JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You paste the output where you need it.

The phrases your customers type

People looking for a title company rarely search for title company. They search for what is happening to them. They type how much are closing costs in my area, who handles the deed when I buy a house, do I need title insurance when refinancing, or what is a title search and why do I pay for it. They search by county and by town. They search near me. They search the name of the lender or the realtor who sent them. The trade words, escrow officer, title commitment, ALTA policy, mean little to a first time buyer. HaloSEO researches the words your customers use, not the words your office uses, and writes posts around those.

A worked example

Say you serve two counties and most of your work comes from purchases. A post could be titled What a title search finds before your closing, written for a buyer who has just had an offer accepted. It would explain what the search looks at, why a lender asks for it, and what happens if something turns up. It would name your counties and link to your contact page and to a related post on closing costs. The schema generator would build the JSON-LD for that page. If you mark it up as a service or a local business and leave a required field empty, it will not emit the type. It tells you what is missing instead of shipping broken markup.

What local intent means here

Title work is tied to a place. A deed is recorded in a county office, and the rules differ from one state to the next. So local intent for a title company is not just a town name in the title. It is county level questions. Which recorder handles this, how long does recording take here, what do sellers usually pay in this state. Someone moving from another state will search those and expect an answer for their new county, not a generic one. Posts that answer at that level match what people actually need, and the schema helps a search engine or an AI assistant read the page as a local service with a real address and area served.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want schema added to posts you have already published. The generator does not do that yet. It is a tool you paste the output from, so someone has to take the JSON-LD and put it on the page. It is also not right for you if you want a writer that produces copy and nothing else. HaloSEO is a publishing platform, and the schema tool is one part of it. And it is not right for you if you need a guarantee about where you will rank. We do not control search engines and we will not promise a position or a date.
