Wedding Planners

Internal Link Builder for Wedding Planners

HaloSEO writes posts for your wedding planning site and links each new one to three to five of your earlier posts. The links go on the phrase the target was written to rank for.

The phrases your customers type, not the ones the trade uses

Couples and their families search in plain words. They type things like how much does a wedding planner cost, do I need a wedding planner, wedding planner near me, and how far in advance should I book a wedding planner. They also search by problem: how to keep a wedding budget on track, what to do when family disagrees about the guest list, and how to plan a wedding in six months. The trade talks about full planning, partial planning and day of coordination. Those words matter on your services page, but they are not what most people type into a search box first. HaloSEO researches the phrases your customers actually use and writes posts around them.

A worked example

Say your site already has posts on setting a wedding budget and on choosing a venue. HaloSEO writes a new post answering how much does a wedding planner cost. Inside that post, where the sentence reads naturally, it links to your budget post on the phrase wedding budget and to your venue post on the phrase choosing a venue. It then goes back to those older posts and adds a link forward to the new cost post. That gives you three to five links per new post, on the phrases the posts were written to rank for, and it keeps older posts connected to newer ones.

What local intent means for wedding planners

Most couples book a planner who can get to their venue. That makes location part of the search. People type wedding planner plus their town, or the venue name plus planner, or barn wedding planner followed by a county. A planner who works across two or three areas needs pages and posts that speak to each one, because a page about one town will not answer a search for another. HaloSEO writes posts around those local phrases and links them to your related posts, so a couple reading about one area can find your work in the next.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want links bought for you. HaloSEO does not buy links. It is not right if you want links pointing at sites we do not publish to, because we only link within the posts we write for you. It is not right if you want a set number of links on every page regardless of the wording, because a link goes in only where the sentence reads naturally with it. And it is not right if you need a ranking, a position or a traffic figure promised by a date. We do not control search engines and we will not claim a result we have not measured.
