Webflow
AI Blog Writer for Webflow
HaloSEO connects to your Webflow site, researches keywords, writes posts, publishes them in your theme, links them up and builds backlinks. It is an autonomous SEO publishing platform, not another AI writer.
How HaloSEO connects to Webflow
You connect your Webflow site once, from your HaloSEO account. HaloSEO uses the Webflow API and needs a site level API token with permission to read your site structure and to create and publish CMS items. It does not need access to your billing, your members or your site settings. You can revoke the token in Webflow at any time, and publishing stops the moment you do.
What the published post looks like
HaloSEO writes into a Webflow CMS collection, so every post uses your own collection fields and your own template. Headings, body copy, images, meta title and meta description all land in the fields you already styled. The post looks like the rest of your site because it is built by your site. Nothing is injected into your pages and no HaloSEO branding appears anywhere.
What happens on Webflow that does not happen elsewhere
Webflow gives HaloSEO a clean structure to work with. Collection fields are typed, so HaloSEO knows where the title, the slug, the summary and the rich text belong before it writes a word. That means internal links point at real published URLs, not guesses. It also means a post can go live as a draft for review or straight to published, depending on the setting you choose per collection.
What breaks, and what happens when it does
The common failures are a revoked or expired token, a renamed collection field, a deleted collection, or a Webflow plan that has hit its CMS item limit. When a publish fails, HaloSEO retries, then marks the post as failed in your dashboard with the reason Webflow returned. Nothing is lost. The draft stays in HaloSEO, and once you fix the token or the field, you can republish it. We do not silently drop posts.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want to approve every sentence before it goes near your site, or if you are on a Webflow plan without CMS collections. It is also not right for a site with no clear topic, because HaloSEO researches keywords around the subject your site already covers. If you want a tool that only drafts text for you to place by hand, a plain AI writer is cheaper.
