Home Inspectors
Content Calendar for Home Inspectors
A content calendar tells you what to publish and when. For a home inspection business, the useful version is built from what buyers and sellers type into Google, not from what the trade calls things.
The phrases your customers search
Home inspectors tend to write about pre purchase inspections, thermal imaging and moisture intrusion. Buyers and sellers search in plainer words. They type things like what does a home inspector look for, is a home inspection worth it, how long does a home inspection take, and who pays for a home inspection. They also search by problem, such as house has damp smell, cracks in the foundation, or old wiring in a house I want to buy. HaloSEO researches these phrases from your site and builds the plan around them. The calendar is not filled in by hand. It comes from that research.
One worked example
Say the research finds that people near you search for how long does a home inspection take. The calendar would hold a post on that subject. The post would answer the question in plain terms, cover what changes the length of an inspection, and explain what a buyer should have ready on the day. It would link to your page on what the inspection covers and to your booking page. The subject can be pushed to the front of the plan if you want it published sooner. The plan can also be reordered.
What local intent means here
Most home inspection searches carry a place. People search for home inspector in a town, or home inspection near a suburb they are buying in. Local intent for this trade also shows up in the questions people ask about a specific area, such as what older houses in a district are usually like, or whether a certain kind of foundation is common there. A calendar that ignores place misses those searches. The plan should hold posts that name the areas you serve and answer the questions buyers ask about property in those areas.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want to write every post yourself and keep full control of each word. It is not right if you need a fixed number of posts on a fixed date, because we do not promise dates. It is not right if you expect a ranking or a traffic figure, because we do not control search engines and will not claim one. And it is not right if you want a tool that waits for you to fill in a calendar. This one is built from the keyword research and does not need anybody to fill it in.
