Managed Service Providers
Internal Link Builder for Managed Service Providers
HaloSEO links each new post to three to five of your own earlier posts, on the phrase the target was written to rank for. It also goes back to older posts and links them forward to new ones.
The phrases your customers type, not the ones the trade uses
Managed service providers tend to write for each other. The pages say co managed services, endpoint detection and response, or fully managed IT support. Those are real terms, but they are not always what a business owner types at 9pm when the server is down. HaloSEO researches the phrases people actually search in your area and builds posts around those. That might be IT support near me, or who fixes a hacked website, or a question about moving email to a new provider. The trade language can still appear in the post. It just does not lead.
A worked example
Say the research finds that people search for help when their email stops working after a domain change. HaloSEO writes a post that answers that question in plain steps. It then links that post to three to five of your earlier posts, each on the phrase that post was written to rank for. So a line about keeping mail records tidy can point to your earlier post on email security, using that post's target phrase as the link text. It also revisits older posts and adds a link forward to the new one, but only where the sentence reads naturally with a link in it. If no sentence works, no link goes in.
What local intent means for a managed service provider
Your customer is usually a business within driving distance. They want someone who can arrive, or at least someone in the same time zone who answers the phone. Local intent for a managed service provider is not just a town name in a heading. It is the shape of the question. People search for support near their office, for cover during a move, for someone who understands a specific line of business in their area. HaloSEO writes posts that answer those questions and links them to your other posts on the same local ground, so the site reads as one body of work about your area rather than a set of unrelated pages.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want links bought for you. HaloSEO does not buy links. It is not right if you want links to sites we do not publish to. We only link inside the posts we write and publish for you. It is also not right if you need a ranking, a position or a traffic number promised by a date. We do not control search engines and we will not claim a result we have not measured. And if you want a writer to hand you drafts to publish yourself, this is a publishing platform, not a writing tool.
