Google Analytics
Local SEO for Google Analytics
If your site runs on Google Analytics, HaloSEO can publish local posts into it and place a map of the business on the page. Here is how the connection works and what it does not do.
How HaloSEO connects to Google Analytics
You connect your website to HaloSEO and give it permission to publish. That permission is what lets HaloSEO write a post and put it live on your site. HaloSEO does not read your Google Analytics reports, and it does not need access to your analytics account to work. The connection is about publishing to the site, not about pulling numbers out of it.
What the published post looks like
The post is published in your site's own theme. It uses your fonts, your colours and your layout, so it reads as part of the site rather than a separate page bolted on. HaloSEO writes for the phrases people search with a place attached, and it can place a map of the business on the page from its address. You do not get a fixed template that ignores how your site looks.
What happens on Google Analytics that does not happen elsewhere
The map placement is the part that matters most here. HaloSEO takes the business address and puts a map on the page, so a reader searching for a service with a place attached can see where the business is. This is built for sites where the local address is the point of the page. On a site with no physical location to show, there is nothing to place and the feature does nothing for you.
What breaks, and what happens when it does
If the publishing permission is revoked or the connection drops, HaloSEO stops publishing. Posts already live stay live, because they are part of your site. If the business address is wrong or missing, the map will be wrong or absent. If your theme changes in a way that conflicts with the post layout, the post may look off until the theme is checked. None of this is hidden from you, and none of it is fixed silently.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want HaloSEO to post to your Google Business Profile, manage your reviews or manage your listings. It does not do any of those things. It is also not right for you if you expect a ranking, a position or a traffic number by a set date. HaloSEO writes and publishes the posts. It does not control search engines, and it will not promise you a result it cannot measure.
