AI Visibility Reports for Google Analytics
HaloSEO asks the assistants the questions your customers ask, then records whether your business was named, what was said, and who was named instead. This page explains how that reporting works alongside Google Analytics.
How HaloSEO connects to Google Analytics
You connect your website to HaloSEO. For a Google Analytics site, that means giving HaloSEO read access to your Google Analytics property so it can see the site and the pages on it. HaloSEO does not need write access to your property. It does not change your tags, your events or your reports. The permission is read only, and you can remove it at any time from your Google account. If you would rather not connect Google Analytics at all, you can still use HaloSEO. The connection is there so HaloSEO can work with the site you already have.
What the published post looks like on a Google Analytics site
HaloSEO publishes the post to your site in your site's own theme. The header, the footer, the fonts, the colours and the navigation stay as they are. A reader should not be able to tell the post was published by a tool rather than by you. The post is a normal page on your site with a normal URL. It is not a separate microsite and it is not hosted somewhere else. If your theme has a post template, the post uses it.
What happens on Google Analytics that does not happen elsewhere
Google Analytics is a measurement tool. It records what happened on your site after someone arrived. HaloSEO measures something different. It asks the assistants the questions a customer would ask, and it records whether your business was named, what was said about it, and who was named instead. That is a measurement of what the assistants say, not a ranking and not a traffic number. The two views sit side by side. Google Analytics shows you the visits you got. The AI visibility report shows you whether the assistants mention you when someone asks. Neither one is a promise about the other.
What breaks, and what happens when it does
If the Google Analytics permission is revoked or expires, HaloSEO stops reading the property and the publishing side pauses until the connection is restored. Nothing is deleted. If your theme changes, a published post can look wrong until the theme is checked again. If an assistant changes how it answers, the report will show that change, because the report records what was said at the time it was asked. A report is a record of a moment, not a fixed score. When something breaks, HaloSEO tells you what stopped and what you need to do.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a guaranteed position on Google, a traffic number, or a date by which something will happen. We do not control search engines or the assistants, and we will not promise any of those. It is also not right for you if you want a tool that only writes text. HaloSEO researches, writes, publishes, links and builds backlinks, and the AI visibility report is a measurement of what the assistants say. If you want a writer and nothing else, this is more than you need.
