Google Search Console
Keyword Research for Google Search Console
HaloSEO reads the phrases your Google Search Console site already earns traffic for, finds the ones you have no page for, and turns them into subjects in your publishing plan.
How HaloSEO connects to Google Search Console
You connect your site once. HaloSEO needs read access to your Search Console performance data, which means the permission to view search queries, pages, clicks and impressions for the property you grant. It does not need the ability to change your Search Console settings, and it does not ask for it. You pick the property during setup. If you manage several sites, each one is connected on its own.
What the published post looks like on your site
The post is published on your site, in your site's own theme. It uses your templates, your header, your footer and your styling, so a visitor sees a normal page on your domain rather than something that looks bolted on. HaloSEO writes the post, publishes it and links it up with your existing pages. Nothing about the page depends on Search Console being open in a browser.
What happens on a Search Console site that does not happen elsewhere
Search Console tells us which phrases already bring people to your site. HaloSEO takes those phrases, keeps the ones that earn traffic in your market, and checks them against your pages. The phrases with real demand and no page behind them become subjects in the planner. That is the whole job. The output is the publishing plan, not a report you read and act on yourself. On a site without Search Console connected, HaloSEO has no query data to work from.
What breaks, and what happens when it does
If the connection drops, or the permission is revoked, or the property is removed from Search Console, HaloSEO stops receiving query data. New subjects stop arriving in the planner from that source. Posts already planned or published are not affected, and the rest of the platform keeps running. Reconnecting the property restores the flow. If a site has little or no query data yet, there is little for HaloSEO to work from, and the planner will show few or no subjects from this source until that changes.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a keyword tool you log into and search. HaloSEO is not that. There is no keyword database to browse, no filter panel and no export. If you want a list of phrases to take away and work on yourself, use a keyword tool. HaloSEO is for people who want the subjects decided and the posts written, published and linked without doing that work by hand. It is also not right for a site with no Search Console property, because there is nothing to read.
