Schema Generator for Google Search Console

HaloSEO builds the JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. This page explains how that tool fits with Google Search Console, and what it does not do.

How HaloSEO connects to Google Search Console

HaloSEO does not connect to Google Search Console. There is no OAuth handshake, no property to verify and no permission to grant. The schema generator is a tool you use on its own. You paste your page details in, you copy the JSON-LD out, and you place it on your site yourself. If you want Search Console data, you read it in Search Console. We do not read it for you and we do not ask for access to it.

What the published post looks like on a Search Console site

Google Search Console is not a publishing platform. It does not host your posts and it has no theme of its own. Your post lives on your site, in your theme, and Search Console only reports on how Google sees it. So the schema you generate has to match the page you actually published. If your theme outputs a headline, a date and an author, the JSON-LD should say the same. If it does not, fix the page or fix the schema. The generator will not guess which one is right.

What happens in Search Console that does not happen elsewhere

Search Console is where Google tells you what it made of your markup. The URL Inspection tool shows the rendered HTML, so you can confirm your JSON-LD survived the page load. The Enhancements reports group pages by schema type and list the ones with errors or warnings. Those reports are Google's reading of your page, not ours. We cannot see them, we cannot fix them for you, and we cannot tell you when or whether a rich result will appear.

What breaks, and what happens when it does

The generator refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. You get no output rather than invalid output. That is the main failure mode and it is deliberate. The other failures happen after you paste. A field can be wrong for the page, a value can go stale when the page changes, and a theme update can strip the script tag. Search Console will report these as errors or warnings. Nothing in HaloSEO watches for that, because the tool does not add schema to published posts automatically yet.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want schema added to your posts for you. It does not do that yet. It is a tool you paste the output from, so someone has to own the paste and the check afterwards. It is also not right for you if you expect the generator to validate your live page or read your Search Console reports. It does neither. If you need a set and forget markup layer, this is not it.
