Zapier

Keyword Research for Zapier

HaloSEO connects to your Zapier site, finds the phrases your market already searches for and you have no page for, and puts them in your publishing plan. You get posts, not a report.

How HaloSEO connects to Zapier

You connect your Zapier site to HaloSEO once. HaloSEO needs permission to read your site and to publish posts to it. That is the permission it asks for, and nothing wider. After the connection is made, HaloSEO reads what is already on your site so it can tell which phrases you have no page for. You do not paste keywords in. There is no search box, because HaloSEO is not a keyword tool you search in.

What the published post looks like on a Zapier site

The post is published in your site's own theme. It uses your fonts, your colours and your layout, so it reads as one of your pages rather than a block dropped in from elsewhere. HaloSEO writes the post, publishes it and links it up with the pages you already have. The output you work from is the publishing plan, not a report. The plan lists the subjects HaloSEO found and the posts it will write for them.

What happens on Zapier that does not happen elsewhere

Zapier sites are built around connected apps and the tasks people run between them. That shapes the phrases HaloSEO looks for. It finds the phrases that already earn traffic in your market and that you have no page for, including the ones that name the apps and the jobs your readers connect. Those phrases go to the planner as subjects. Nothing about this promises a ranking, a position, a traffic number or a date. We do not control search engines.

What breaks, and what happens when it does

If the connection to your Zapier site drops, publishing stops. HaloSEO cannot publish to a site it cannot reach, and it will not pretend a post went live when it did not. If your site's theme changes, a post may need to be checked against the new layout. If a permission is revoked, HaloSEO loses the access it needs and the plan waits until you reconnect. When something breaks, the work pauses rather than going out wrong.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a keyword tool to search in. HaloSEO does not give you a list to browse and export. It is also not right for you if you want a report to read and act on yourself, because the output is the publishing plan. And it is not right for you if you need a promised position or a date, because we do not make those promises and we cannot control search engines.
