Zapier
SEO Images for Zapier
HaloSEO writes the alt text for each image from what is actually in the picture, sizes and compresses the file, and names it after the post. Here is how that works when your site runs on Zapier.
How HaloSEO connects to Zapier
You connect your Zapier site to HaloSEO once, from your HaloSEO account. The connection needs permission to read your site's theme and to create and publish posts and media on your behalf. That is the whole permission set. HaloSEO does not ask for billing access, member management or anything outside publishing. You can revoke the connection from either side at any time, and revoking it stops all publishing.
What the published post looks like on a Zapier site
The post is published into your own Zapier theme. It uses your fonts, your colours, your header and your footer, and it sits in the same post layout as everything else on the site. Images are uploaded to your media library, sized and compressed before they go up, and named after the post they belong to. Alt text is written from what is actually in the picture. The keyword is not repeated as alt text.
What happens on Zapier that does not happen elsewhere
Zapier sites keep their own media handling and their own theme rules, so HaloSEO works within those rather than around them. Images are compressed before upload so the file you end up with is the file that gets served. The post is created through the same publishing path a person would use, which means your theme decides the final markup. Nothing is injected into your theme files.
What breaks, and what happens when it does
If the connection is revoked or a permission is removed, publishing stops and HaloSEO reports the failure in your account. If your theme changes in a way that removes the post layout, the post may publish without the expected styling. If an image upload is rejected by your site, the post is held rather than published with a missing image. You get a clear error, and nothing is retried silently.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want to hand pick every alt text yourself, if your site is not on Zapier, or if you need a fixed publishing date promised in advance. HaloSEO does not control search engines, so it cannot promise a ranking, a position or a traffic number. If you need those promises in writing, this is the wrong tool.
