Zapier
AI Blog Writer for Zapier
HaloSEO is an autonomous SEO publishing platform that connects to your Zapier site, researches keywords, writes posts and publishes them. It is not another AI writer that waits for your prompt.
How HaloSEO connects to Zapier
You connect your Zapier site to HaloSEO once, from inside your HaloSEO account. The connection needs permission to read your site's structure and to publish posts to it. That is the whole permission set. HaloSEO does not ask for access to your Zapier account settings, your billing or your other apps. Once connected, the planner picks the keywords and the brief, and the writer works from those. You do not type a prompt per post.
What the published post looks like on a Zapier site
The post goes out in your site's own theme. Headings, body text, images and links use the styles your Zapier site already has, so a reader cannot tell which tool wrote it. HaloSEO writes the headings, the meta description and the alt text as part of the article, not as a separate step you fill in later. The post is published, not handed to you as a draft to approve.
What happens on Zapier that does not happen elsewhere
Zapier sites have their own publishing path, and HaloSEO writes to that path directly. The post lands as a live page on your Zapier site with its meta description and alt text in place. Internal links are added as the planner builds out the topic. Backlinks are built from the HaloSEO side, not from inside Zapier. Nothing about this needs a manual export or a copy and paste step.
What breaks, and what happens when it does
If the connection to your Zapier site drops, publishing stops. HaloSEO does not queue posts and push them later without the connection. If your site's theme changes in a way that removes a style the writer relies on, a post can publish with plainer formatting than intended. If a post fails to publish, it stays in your HaloSEO account and you can see that it did not go out. We do not retry silently and we do not claim a post published when it did not.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want to type a prompt for each post. It is not right for you if you want to read and approve every draft before it goes live. HaloSEO publishes on its own schedule from the brief the planner chose. If your workflow needs a human sign off on each article, use a tool built for that instead.
