Zapier
Webflow Integration for Zapier
HaloSEO connects to your Webflow site once and publishes finished posts to it. This page explains how that connection works and what it does not do.
How HaloSEO connects to Zapier
You connect your Webflow site to HaloSEO once. The connection needs permission to create and publish posts on that site. That is the only permission it asks for. You do not install a plugin and you do not keep anything up to date. Once the connection is in place, HaloSEO publishes the finished post to your site as a normal post.
What the published post looks like on a Zapier site
The post goes out as a normal post on your own domain. It uses the theme your site already has, so it looks like the rest of your pages. HaloSEO does not host the blog for you. The post lives on your Webflow site, under your domain, and you can edit or remove it there like any other post.
What happens on Zapier that does not happen elsewhere
The post is created through the same connection every time, so the steps do not change from one post to the next. HaloSEO does not change anything else on the Webflow site. It does not touch your other pages, your settings or your design. The only change is a new post added to the site.
What breaks, and what happens when it does
If the connection to Webflow is revoked or the permission is removed, publishing stops. The post is not sent to the site. If a publish fails, the post stays in HaloSEO and is not marked as live on your site. You can reconnect the site and publish again. Nothing else on the Webflow site is affected by a failed publish.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want HaloSEO to host your blog. It does not. It is also not right for you if you want a tool that manages your whole Webflow site. HaloSEO only adds posts. If you need a plugin based setup or a hosted blog, this integration is not the fit.
